Clients who have completed our Residential Inpatient Treatment program become candidates for our Transitional Care program. While in the residential program, the individual and their case manager begin planning a comprehensive strategy for a long-term recovery. Here clients continue their treatment and training in a semi-structured, sobriety-valued environment. With the stresses of outside life pushed aside for these weeks, healing continues, recovery plans are refined and deeper issues are explored.

Half-day courses provide a more comprehensive understanding of their diseases and a deeper working relationship to the principles and spirituality found in the 12-Steps. Understanding that the recovering addict must essentially re-shape much of their former lifestyle, healthy goals are set, “tools” for living a sober life are provided, and new patterns for relapse prevention are set into place.
