Front Desk / Office Manager

Front Desk/Office Administrator will possess a minimum of two years of experience working as a receptionist in a general office position. They should be computer literate and have the capability of operating Mac computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel. They must also have the ability to relate to the public and Clients in a sensitive way and to handle challenging situations related to the treatment center environment.

Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm | Full-time | $16.00 – $19.00 per hour

Possess a positive work ethic and have the ability to maintain multiple tasks.
Must have the ability to operate basic office machines, including telephones, fax, scanners, printers, etc.

Substance Abuse Treatment Technician/Overnight

Supervision of residents, hourly checks, auditing and restocking supplies, auditing, and logging medications, copying and collating program materials, filing, answering phones, cleaning, making beds, and organizing. Resident Managers assist in creating a safe, encouraging recovery environment for our clients.Experience in drug & alcohol recovery
Customer service-oriented, professional attitude
Have or acquire First Aid / CPR certification

Case Manager

Seeking a Certified Substance Abuse Case Manager for our Christian Women’s Residential Drug and Alcohol treatment program in South Orange County. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in human services and/or hold a current CADAC or equivalent certification. Minimum two (2) years of Case Management experience directly related to the knowledge of alcohol and substance abuse, unique problems of this population; as well as the ability to facilitate groups and counsel clients. Candidate must be familiar with 12-Step recovery, Christian principles and possess excellent documentation skills. Salary commensurate with experience and education.
